Scope of Practice

Digestion and metabolism, relationship with food, nervous system regulation, energy level, sleep, mood (depression, anxiety), chronic dis-ease (heart-disease, cancer, diabetes, dementia and other forms of cognitive decline, autoimmune disease), timeless aging, relationships and transitions such as death, conscious marriage/coupling, conscious divorce/uncoupling, having a child, and immigration.

75-minute Initial Session

In our 75-minute consultation, we'll take the time to thoroughly understand your background, challenges, and aspirations, setting the foundation for our journey together. This extended session allows us to dive deeper into your experiences, establish your therapy goals, and develop a tailored approach that resonates with you. It can also serve as an ongoing longer session to provide support on your journey.

30-minute Health Check-In

A 30-minute session can be utilized as a weekly follow-up for specific topics or goals you have set. This is a is a chance for us to meet and chat about how you're feeling, what things are helping, what else you’d like to address. It is a great time to ask any questions and share your progress goals, all in a supportive and understanding setting.

45-minute Follow Up Session

During a typical 45-minute session, we'll focus on your current experiences, progress, and any challenges you're facing. This consistent, dedicated time allows us to explore your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, fostering self-awareness and insight.
